Step 1
Alternate between pleasant and unpleasant things. Reward yourself for your work (take a walk, treat yourself to a treat, read your favorite book). Do not set big tasks right away, break them up into portions, like lunch in a cafe: appetizers, first course, second course, dessert. Mark each completed task in the diary as a victory, complete and unconditional.
Step 2
Optimize the process, figure out how to make the unpleasant part of the work interested in you, master a new computer program, buy cute little things for cleaning the apartment. If you are tired, give yourself a rest, if you get sick - get treatment. But don't let laziness be your mistress. When she overpowers you and completely deprives you of the right to vote, it can lead to an unpredictable and always negative result.
Step 3
Learn to plan your working hours correctly. To do this, set yourself realistic tasks and realistic deadlines. Mark completed and unfulfilled tasks with different icons in the diary. If there are more cons, try to analyze why.
Step 4
Unpleasant or time-consuming work that happens in every person's life, try to do it immediately, without thinking. Then you can get tired or change your mind, and the work will remain unfulfilled.
Step 5
A simple manipulation helps to get together internally: paint every day in the calendar with pencils of different colors. For example, red are those days when you have worked nicely, but black are just the opposite, a period of laziness. Compare the number of black and red days each time.
