Step 1
Find a business to your liking. Think about what you like, what you would like to devote time to. TV and the Internet are not suitable for this purpose. Have you wanted to learn a language or take up dancing for a long time? Forward! Give this business at least an hour a day. You will not put off what you love for later, and your brain will get used to it. Be consistent. Plus, doing what you love will cheer you up. The reason for laziness will simply disappear.

Be energetic. Try to play more sports, move around in any free time. Don't forget about proper nutrition. Try to think more about pleasant things. All this will make you more energetic, and, accordingly, more active. Cheer up if you feel lazy sneaking up on you. Have a cup of coffee, warm up, shower or listen to your favorite music. It will shake you up and chase away laziness.

If laziness beats you and you absolutely don't want to do anything, imagine the result. For example, think about making a profit or taking a long-awaited vacation. The right motivation will help you cope with this scourge.

Don't let yourself be lazy. The more often you succumb to this habit, the more time you will spend doing nothing. Each time, it will become more difficult for you to cope even with ordinary affairs.

Do as much as possible when you are inspired by something. A person at such moments can perform a much larger number of cases than usual. Take advantage of this state, start any work. The more you do now, the less you will have to do later.

If you can't do a whole thing, do at least part of it. For example, you had a planned cleaning, but you realize that you cannot do it entirely. In this case, at least throw away the trash. This attitude is the first step towards defeating laziness.
