Step 1
The main thing is not to focus on failures. If you are afraid to do something because of a past failure, run through your head a picture of what might happen if you fail again. You will be surprised to learn that failure and miss are not fatal.

Think good, imagine your victory as an event that has already happened. Remember, thoughts will materialize.

Change your attitude towards yourself. Never compare yourself to other people. Within yourself, you always play the same scene called "I and They, or How are they better than me?"

If you feel insecure in communicating with other people, during a conversation, concentrate on the interlocutor, on his emotional state, be more attentive to him. Always make eye contact and speak softly and clearly.

Try to communicate with as many people as possible. It will be very difficult at first, but then it will become a habit and you will truly enjoy the conversation.

The most important thing in dealing with insecurity is regularity and patience. Don't expect quick wins. Be more tolerant of yourself, look for the positive in everything and do not forget to praise yourself.
