Step 1
In order to correctly introduce a person into hypnosis, you first need to decide on the client and decide what result you want to get during hypnosis. Step 2
Your voice should be slow, calm and confident. Tell the client that their breathing becomes slow and calm, their heart slows down, and their pulse drops. Focus on the fact that his body is filled with lead and becomes unbearable, and then invite him to raise his hand. If he can easily do it, repeat the step again.
