The first step towards leadership is to find your own flavor. A "highlight" can be anything, from the ability to play chess brilliantly, create extraordinary ensembles from the most ordinary things, exciting storytelling, and ending with the skills of ventriloquism. It is important not only to find the unique abilities found in oneself, but also to develop them as much as possible.
Step 2
It is not enough to find in yourself and develop a "zest". It is important to respect your abilities and skills, value and believe in them. A positive attitude even to the seemingly trivial things allows you to see what is happening from an optimistic position. A pessimist who is not confident in himself and in his abilities should not even try to become a leader in the class, student group and work collective.
Step 3
It is better to demonstrate your uniqueness to classmates at the right time and in the right place. A math lesson or class is not the best time to showcase your singing talent or skillful trick. But at a school evening, at a classmate's birthday or a creative meeting, you can not be shy and show your talent in full force.
Step 4
Leadership is about more than power and authority. Leadership is, first of all, the ability to take responsibility and make important decisions. The right moment for the manifestation of leadership qualities is difficult to predict, but it is quite possible to rehearse your actions in advance in a hypothetical emergency situation.

Any leader needs to be able to express their thoughts clearly and to captivate the audience with an idea. To master the ability to speak competently, capture the attention of interlocutors and inspire, it is not shameful to enroll in courses in rhetoric, oratory or practice with a voice recorder in front of a mirror. Parasitic words, poor vocabulary or insufficient emotional coloring of speech - all these defects will become obvious after listening to the dictaphone recording. It is over these shortcomings that it will be necessary to work.
Step 6
Being a leader means having your own opinion. It is not necessary to demonstrate the independence of your judgments on any occasion, however, you do not need to be afraid to express your own opinion, which is different from the majority. The leader's opinion can be challenged, refuted, but in any case he will be respected. And respect from team members (class, group of friends or like-minded people) is the first step to achieving the honorary title of leader!
