There are no untalented children. How many different things we manage to do in just one hour as children. We do not hesitate to sing, recite poetry, compose stories, sculpt, draw, ride on one leg. Why then, when we grow up, sometimes we do not understand what our talent is? Because some things eventually cease to interest us, as we begin to understand how imperfectly something turned out in childhood. In the world of adults, completely different qualities and skills are in demand, and we forget about what we were interested in once. In fact, any talent can be developed. This will allow you to approach any business creatively, make life brighter and more interesting, and make you happier. Your little hobby may one day turn into a small business if you so desire. And you will get paid for doing something with pleasure.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to discover talent in yourself, you need, first of all, to remember what you liked to do as a child. Not something that would generate income, but something that you loved or wanted to do, such as dancing or skating.
Step 2
Take a look around, observe what is interesting to other people, maybe you suddenly understand what you would like to do. It's not about what you can do, but what you want. Feel free to experiment.
Step 3
The realization that you are close may not come immediately. Try, relaxing before bed, asking yourself the question of what your talent actually is. Repeat the exercise over several evenings, and at some point your subconscious mind will give an answer in the form of a "sudden" insight or an article that interests you.
Step 4
Praise yourself more often for everything you can do. Sometimes you cannot understand that it is in what you are doing that your talent is hidden, due to the fact that you did not encourage yourself and did not get enough positive emotions from your work.
