We often advise our friends and acquaintances how best to act in a given situation. And it seems to us that other people's problems are visible at a glance, and it will not be difficult to solve them. But when problems and seemingly unsolvable tasks burst into our lives, we meet them with bewilderment and complete stupor. How to understand yourself and independently resolve issues related to our destiny?
Instructions
Step 1
You shouldn't run after your friends' advice. How many people, so many opinions. In the end, you will still choose exactly the advice to which your soul is already predisposed. It's just that in this case, you want to find confirmation of your feeling and absolve yourself of responsibility. To better understand yourself and come to a "balanced" decision, you should abstract from others.
Step 2
Find a room where you will not be disturbed. Get into a comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine what you want and what you strive for. Then think about what is stopping you from achieving this at the moment. After that, imagine how you could overcome the obstacles on the way to your dream. Write down your options on paper. And start implementing them. Let them seem too fantastic to you, but if they have formed in your head, it means that they have a right to exist.
Step 3
Sit down at your desk, take a blank sheet of paper and a pen. Draw two columns. In the first, write your weak character traits, in the second - your strengths. Write down your personality traits honestly. If in doubt, ask for the opinion of your loved ones.
Step 4
Once the table is ready, evaluate it carefully. What qualities are there more? Look at your weaknesses in your character. How can they be transformed into strengths? Answer this question yourself or ask someone you trust unconditionally. And now start working on yourself. Draw yourself the image you want to achieve, and move closer to it step by step.
Step 5
Your friends will help you to understand yourself. Scientists have proven that we are intuitively friends with those with whom we are similar in character, perception of life and thoughts. Therefore, if a friend is an exact copy of you, pay attention to what you should pay attention to first.
