Every person dreams. But not everyone can remember what he dreamed. If you learn to remember your dreams, your memory will improve dramatically.

This is an interesting and fun practice. By following simple recommendations, you can really memorize quite large amounts of information and "get" them out of memory when needed.

To complete this practice, you will need a pad (or notebook) and a pen.

The only thing you have to do is record your dreams immediately upon awakening. Because it is during awakening that you still remember what you dreamed about. After a while, remembering the dream will be quite difficult if you have not done this exercise before. Don't worry if you have forgotten almost all of your dreams. Just write down at least a couple of sentences. This exercise will take no more than five minutes to complete.

If you record your dreams every day, you will have results soon enough. What can be considered a good result?

- You remember dreams every day

- You may recall several different dreams that were dreamed in one night

- Your dreams become more vivid and rich

- You can recall the plot of a dream if you remember at least one or two moments

- Do you remember sleep details, conversation topics, sounds, smells, sensations

- If you do not remember the dream immediately after waking up, you may accidentally recall the dream a few days later

- Your dreams will become more coherent and logical

- You will be able to "finish" the dream the next night

By regularly recalling dreams, you train your memory. You develop imaginative, associative and abstract thinking. If you have achieved more or less stable results, then you can stop recording dreams and continue doing the exercise mentally.

Do not be surprised if you often see the same dream, or something similar. This means that your subconscious is trying to "convey" something to you. Maybe it points to a problem that needs to be solved, or even suggests the right solution using dream images. In addition, when you sleep, your brain processes the information received during the day. Information "fits" in your memory with the help of symbols, signs and pictures seen in a dream. And also information can be "pulled" from memory with the help of dreams. If something changes in your life, then dreams also change.
