Has it ever happened to you that you suddenly changed your plans, and then suddenly realized that thereby avoiding serious trouble? Has it ever happened that, barely thinking about a person, you suddenly heard a phone call from him? This is hardly a coincidence. Chances are, you have a well-developed intuition. What is this feeling, shrouded in many legends? And can it be developed?
Instead of introducing
For a modern person, who often lives in constant stress, streams of unnecessary information, other people's emotions and imposed communication, the ability to listen and hear the inner voice is just an invaluable skill. The main thing is to learn to distinguish the quiet voice of intuition from grunts, doubts and self-doubt. To develop intuition, you need to work in three directions. First, learn to deliberately remove fears from your life, and second, try to avoid anger, hatred and envy - they make a person emotionally unstable. And, thirdly, learn to pay attention to all areas of life.
The human brain responds perfectly to a well-defined program. Therefore, if you intend to awaken or improve your intuition, formulate and send this task to the subconscious mind. And start training your sixth sense. This will help four exercises that can quickly lead you to the designated goal.
Exercises to develop intuition
1. Learn to be silent. The inner voice is especially well heard in complete silence, which includes the refusal of unnecessary chatter and stopping the internal dialogue. The latter is especially important: not always intuition can break through the stream of idle thoughts. Stop it. Ordinary empty talk can also drown out the inner voice. Do not gossip, do not carry on empty talk. Try to give it up right away.
2. Engage in practices that clear energy channels: qigong, yoga, tai chi. They perfectly harmonize body and soul, helping to capture even the quiet signals of intuition. Just do not consider practicing as a means of obtaining superpowers. Chasing such a tempting prospect, you run the risk of unbalancing all aspects of your life. The goal is harmony, and everything else is just a bonus.
H. If there is a question that you do not want to answer right now, train your intuition on it. Before going to bed, stop your internal monologue and ask yourself: what is the best course of action or when will this or that event happen? When you wake up, meditate and be especially attentive to all signs throughout the day. Remember that answers come to us in many different ways. Pay attention to coincidences and dreams.
4. Take a blank sheet of paper and a pen, sit down at the table. Try to relax as much as possible and start writing - whatever comes to mind. Let it be the usual rambling scribbles, lace and squiggles. Suddenly you notice that you have written a phrase or a word. This is the answer to a question or a hint - how to act.
And remember - the more you practice, the sooner you will learn to get accurate answers.
