In accordance with his classification, three main body types can be distinguished, each of which corresponds to a certain socio-psychological type.

Despite the fact that people of this type do not seek to gain authority and are indifferent to power, they easily defend their own position. Moreover, they do it calmly and without losing face. They strive to build their relationships with people according to a certain, convenient for them, scheme and easily achieve this.

Athletics
These are people with well-developed muscles and skeleton. As a rule, they are of medium or tall height. They have a wide chest, powerful shoulders, narrow hips, long and dense limbs. The facial bones are convex.
Athletes are assertive and purposeful. They are leaders and always strive to dominate. They are very active and sociable. Athletes need to be in the spotlight. They stubbornly go towards their goal and practically do not take into account the opinions and feelings of other people. They are quick-tempered and impulsive enough.

"Asthenics"
People of the asthenic type usually have a rather fragile physique. They have narrow shoulders, long and slender limbs, and an elongated and flat chest. The face of the "asthenics" is slightly elongated, and the skin is thin and pale.
These people are reserved and uncommunicative. They are prone to contemplation and reflection. Usually, they have aristocratic manners. At the same time, "asthenics" are very ambitious and painfully proud of themselves. They strive for recognition and have a hard time failing. This type of people is characterized by such qualities as imperiousness, selfishness and emotional coldness.
