Unhappy love can be a cause of loss of will to live and motivation to act. The still strong feeling is extinguished or the mutual relations of the partners cease to develop, and this causes pain and suffering. Love is the cause of many psychological disorders. How to deal with this?

Love

Love is a creative force, but also a destructive one. A strong feeling gives motivation for action, energy and ardor, influences the behavior and character of a person in love. This feeling causes euphoria and joy, however, unrequited feelings can be the cause of breakdown and depression.

Rejection causes stress and many emotional changes. Contempt for our feelings also causes humiliation and sometimes self-loathing. The emotional state deteriorates significantly, and many difficult thoughts arise that can cause self-destruction.

Unfortunately, there is still no cure for a broken heart. However, when the mental state is very poor, medical treatment may be indicated. Love is a complex emotion that is difficult to tame and, moreover, strongly affects the brain of a lover and radically changes his system of thinking.

Unhappy love versus loneliness

Parting is never easy. Life ceases to have value, and it is difficult to find yourself in a new version of reality, without a loved one and often without a sense of meaning.

Loneliness comes suddenly and often pushes you to do bad things. The gap left by a loved one is difficult to fill, but it is worth trying and spending more time with friends and family, for example.

Closing in oneself will only lead to a deterioration of the mental state, therefore the wounded person must remember that there are other values in life.

When love is unrequited, it evokes strong emotions and feelings of emptiness. Research has shown that during rejection, it is mostly anger and rage that occurs. They are as expressive as love itself, and can even cause temporary insanity.

The first symptom of rejection is feelings of misunderstanding and injustice. They affect the deterioration of the mental state. An always cheerful person suddenly becomes morose. The feeling of rejection is compared to the death of a loved one, so at the initial stage of rejection, behavior similar to that that accompanies grief can be observed.

The next stage after parting is despair and disappointment, caused by the difficulty of finding oneself in a new reality. Emotions are still very strong, and human behavior is irrational. Besides, there is rage and anger again.

Often, negative emotions are not directed to the object of attachment, but transferred to another. Any person from the inner circle can become it.

How to deal with rejection?

As is often said, time heals wounds and is the best medicine for a broken heart. When anger and frustration pass and the voice of the heart begins to come to the mind, the meaning of life returns over time.

Anger can be released through physical activity, martial arts, meditation, or crying. Negative emotions must find a way out in order to be able to achieve the state of purification. Suppressing them will not lead to anything good.

Love may be beautiful, but its destructive power is just as great. At the moment of refusal, a person does what he would not have done under other circumstances. Love has a dark side and can cause actions that a person would not have done under other circumstances.
