Look for constructive ways to avoid problems. Explore all your hobbies and choose the safest ones for your health. Create a private space where you can get away from problems. Even a family man needs a bit of personal life that is inaccessible to parents, spouse or children. Such personal space allows you to survive frivolous storms in a relationship. For example, a husband who goes fishing at the first sign of conflict with a wife with premenstrual syndrome acts wisely.

Step 4

Get yourself some rest in time. Often, overwork and stress alone generate problems where they do not exist. In such a situation, giving up everything, going to the sea and turning off the phone is a very correct decision. A less dramatic way of changing the scene can be a theater, spa, or nightclub. Do not forget to pamper yourself, and many problems will disappear by themselves.
