If you have a hard day ahead, we advise you to enlist in advance in simple eight ways to quickly cheer yourself up and not become limp by lunchtime.
Light the candles
Fire has a truly magical effect on people. The modest flicker of the flame will instantly burn all your worries and sorrows. Just look at the burning candle for a few minutes.
Become aware of the moment
Sit in a chair, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Become aware of everything that is happening, listen to the surrounding sounds. Recognize who you are in the here and now. Stop dreaming and pretending to be someone else. Now only your breathing is important.
Give thanks
Choose the person to whom you want to say thank you, or contact higher powers. You can write things you are grateful for on a sheet, or just think about them. The main thing is to do it sincerely, with all your heart. And there must be at least seven things.
Take a nap
A fifteen-minute sleep can work a miracle by "rebooting" our brain and tune it to the desired productive wave. A bad mood will remain in the moment before sleep, and you will wake up already a satisfied and rested person.
Listen to music
We all have songs related to some happy moments from the past. Combine them all into one playlist and listen to it when you feel sad for some reason. Usually only 10 minutes is enough for the mood to completely change its course.
Hug
Hug the person you like. The exchange of human warmth is wonderful to cheer you up.
Stop procrastinating
Usually putting off something important for later stimulates anxiety and stress in us. Start gradually achieving your long-established goal, and the mood will level out by itself.
Eat delicious
Indulge in your favorite meal in beautiful surroundings. Go to a cafe or just decorate the table beautifully at home, it doesn't matter. Pampering ourselves with such little things, we improve our mood.
