If prayers are not for you, you can just talk to God. Tell us what excites you and what you would like to ask. An important clarification - do not demand anything, even if it seems to you that you deserve what you want a thousand times over. Ask. And one more important note - be prepared for the fact that God will fulfill your request not in the way you would like, but in the way that will be best for you.

Talk to God not once a month, but more often. Then you will constantly feel his presence, and it will become much easier for you to conduct this dialogue.
