Morning sets the tone for the day. Therefore, it is so important to take enough time to set up yourself and your body for a productive and good day. Otherwise, you run the risk of spending the day from morning to evening in a terrible mood.
Wake up early
You yourself know very well how much time you need to get up, slowly pack up and do everything, while not experiencing panic and stress. If you find it difficult to wake up in the morning, start going to bed earlier - this will save you from problems with getting up in the morning.
Develop a “morning ritual”
For example, as soon as you get up, go to the bathroom to brush your teeth, then drink a glass of water, meditate, do rhythmic exercises and a light stretching complex. Such daily rituals for 20 minutes, performed with a smile on your face every day, can help your body wake up extremely painlessly, and you - not to spoil your mood, not knowing what to grab in the first place in the morning.
Have breakfast
Breakfast should be light but satisfying. An ideal choice is porridge with berries or an omelet if you prefer a protein breakfast. Never skip breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day!
Bundle time on the road
Traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns or other troubles should not take you by surprise, so always set aside 10-20 percent more time on the road than planned.
Develop a “morning ritual at work”
For example, when you come to work, you buy coffee every morning, smile at your colleague at the reception, go to visit a friend from the next department, and only then go to your workplace. Having started a pleasant ritual, you will become more positive about work too.
Review your plans for the day
Prioritize. Try to complete the most important things first, they should be spelled out in the plan very clearly. Less important things can be left "floating", but by the end of the working day, and they should be done.
Two weeks later, your attitude towards life, work and, in general, by the morning will change for the better, and you will be amazed at how your mood and sense of self have changed.
