Autumn is a beautiful and melancholic time of the year. Nature prepares for winter sleep, it rains, heat and sun are getting less and less every day and many people are "piled on" by the seasonal blues. In order not to get discouraged, organize your fall correctly.
As long as the weather permits, walk as much as possible in the autumn forest or city park. Comfortable temperature, rustle of leaves underfoot and fresh air set you in a romantic mood.
In September, arrange for yourself a photo shoot with a background of red and yellow leaves. Autumn landscapes look just gorgeous.
Enjoy the gifts of nature. Include in your daily diet fruits and vegetables from the "autumn harvest": apples, grapes, nuts, pumpkin.
Gray rainy evenings will brighten up watching movies or reading books. Make yourself a cozy evening. To do this, you will need a warm blanket, a cup of fragrant tea or a glass of mulled wine, an interesting movie, board games, a good company or a loved one nearby.
On a chilly rainy day, it is very pleasant to spend time by the fireplace. If you have a real fireplace, don't be lazy and start a fire in it regularly. For those who live in standard apartments, there is also a way out - buy an electric fireplace. There are models on sale that imitate real fire, even the crackling of logs is heard.
Buy oils and bath salts. A warm aromatic bath after a gray autumn day will warm, relax and noticeably improve your mood. Do not forget about physical activity, sports will accelerate your blood and there will be no trace of lethargy and drowsiness.
Don't hide in the house. Go to some interesting events at least once or twice a month. Positive emotions and new impressions will transform the dull autumn.
If you cannot bear the "dull time" at all, go to warm up and take a breath in warm countries. A little more summer won't hurt you.
