Passive-aggressive people are quite common in our life. They can be both work colleagues and family members. Their main feature is the complete suppression of feelings of anger. Such a person will never express anything directly, on the contrary, he will accumulate his anger in order to suddenly respond one day. He may show dissatisfaction with his appearance, but he will never tell the truth, thereby harassing family members and personally himself.

For some time, strangers see in such a person a quite worthy companion: he does not conflict, agrees, is quite calm. However, this is only a temporary conclusion, although it can remain in such a state for a very long time.

Such a person will never speak directly when he is not satisfied with something or he does not agree with something. He will support the idea, but will not do anything. He can say sick, pretend to have forgotten, or even come up with a completely plausible excuse for a sick grandmother.

If such a person is entrusted with a responsible task, which he does not want to undertake or knows in advance of his failure, then he will begin to sabotage its implementation in every possible way. Instead of asking for help and admitting that he was exhausted and unable to finish it, he will disrupt the task, so that in the end, this matter will be delegated to someone else.

If something in the relationship does not suit him, and the matter is clearly moving towards disagreement or open conflict, then he will never allow it. Instead, his whole appearance will show his displeasure and will hint that this situation does not suit him.

This behavior comes from childhood, when his child was scolded for mistakes, violently expressing dissatisfaction, therefore, having matured, such a passive-aggressive person prefers to hide the manifestations of his feelings of anger. Any emerging problem, he prefers to hide and not give vent to emotions. Such people always avoid open conflicts.

So that outsiders do not think of him as an evil and bad person, he will never show the true state of affairs. He will in every possible way hide his emotions and continue to behave as if nothing had happened. When asked if everything is fine, he will answer yes, but he will do it in such a tone that everything will immediately become clear. This is one of the types of manipulation - let the person guess what is wrong, let him suffer.

A favorite technique of passive-aggressive people. They are offended, but never give the reasons for their lunch. Such a person is defiantly offended for a long time. This technique works especially well with family members and close friends.
