There are practically no absolute visuals, kinestics and audials. In any case, each of us uses all our senses when assessing the world around us. Moreover, in childhood, the child uses all these feelings equally - look how children learn a new object: they take it in their hand, feel it, sniff it, taste it. Over the years, one method of perception and memorization of various life phenomena begins to prevail.

To assess what is happening, the visual needs to see and inspect the object of interest. Most people belong to this type, more than half of the world's population can be attributed to this type. In appearance, most visuals are of average height and average build with fast, loud speech and high-pitched voices. Since their main organ of perception is vision, good posture and a head held high are their hallmarks. To convey their feelings, they often use words and phrases related to visualization in conversation: “look”, “pay attention”, “notice”. Many kinestics - people of tall stature, thin and slightly stooped - they are forced to involuntarily lean towards their interlocutor in order to get to know and understand him better. In their basic vocabulary, most often you will hear the words: "touch", "explore", "touch", "comfortable", "feel". When assessing events, they appeal to tactile, olfactory and gustatory perception. These are excellent cooks, tasters, writers, masseurs and chiropractors, perfumers, people with developed intuition and high intelligence.

There are not many audios around us. These are people with a well-developed, perfect pitch. They often become composers and singers. In a conversation, he may not even look at his interlocutor - tilting his head, he will carefully listen to the sound of your voice, perfectly perceiving you and your mood through this sound, without being distracted by the visual image. In their speech, you will most often hear phrases such as “Listen”, “By ear”, “Hear”.
