Stock up on patience and courage. Get the support of loved ones and try to face your fears. If you are not ready for this step, you better not force yourself. This means that your fear is too great, and you need to work on getting rid of it together with a psychologist.

Face your fears if you are willing to try to overcome them. Trust that you can say goodbye to her once and for all. Let a reliable, close person be next to you. For example, if you are afraid of heights to dizziness and trembling in your knees, climb to a high floor and look down from the window. At the same time, nothing will really threaten your life. Over and over again, you will come closer and closer to your phobia, increasing the distance to the ground and the time spent at altitude, until you finally defeat fear and jump with a parachute.
