A sweet apple will soothe

Drink the right tea
If the day has turned out to be hard and stressful, in the evening, in order to sleep peacefully, you should drink a cup of tea with lemon balm or mint. It is also helpful to brew St. John's wort or chamomile. The latter, by the way, not only calm, but also increase resistance to stress.
Stretch your fingers
This simple trick can help you cope with your nerves and even suppress anger. Stretch each finger on both hands and then shake your hands loosely. This action is the opposite of clenching your fists and signals the brain to calm down.

In the chest area is the thymus gland. If it is gently stimulated, anti-stress hormones will begin to be produced in the body. To stimulate, clench your hands into fists and tap lightly on your chest for one minute.
Exhale the vanity
