None of us is immune from aggression from other people. This can be either an unexpected outburst of rage, often provoked by alcohol intoxication, or a deliberate attack. In any case, this threatens with serious troubles and requires protective equipment. And not everyone knows that you can protect yourself with words.
Instructions
Step 1
The impact on a person with the help of a word includes three elements: non-verbal, paraverbal and verbal.
Non-verbal exposure is based on the behavior itself. Be confident in your superiority, do not show any signs of fear of the attacker, openly look him in the eyes. You can portray disgust on your face - this will affect the self-esteem of the enemy. To instill fear, imagine yourself as an attacking predator. Show aggression, let the anger and rage reflect in your eyes. Often, this behavior is already enough to embarrass the ill-wisher and force him to abandon his intentions.
Step 2
Paraverbal influence consists in the way of pronouncing the phrase: intonation, timbre of voice, rate of pronunciation, semantic stress. Pronounce the words clearly and loudly so that they sound a threat. In this case, the sounds that make up the phrase are important. The most terrible and strong sounds are hissing, as well as the sounds "r" and "s". Therefore, when composing phrases, use words such as, for example, "rat", "scat", "kysh", "alive", "already", etc. Place emphasis on especially significant parts of the phrase, pause before important words. Raise or lower the timbre of speech, change intonation. You can hiss or whisper as you speak the words.
Step 3
Verbal impact is based on the meaning of the spoken words. Phrases are best composed of words with negative meaning and sound. They should be energetic, short and tough. You can use profanity. Mat has a harsh, rough sound, affects emotions. However, the phrase should not completely consist of obscene words, they only complement it. In addition, avoid obscene epithets, they can be regarded as an insult and have the opposite effect.
