There is no consciousness without thoughts. According to the catch phrase, a person thinks, therefore, he exists. It turns out that thinking is, to a certain extent, an action that can be performed either right or wrong. You can learn to think correctly if you practice for a long time following several points that form the basis of correct thinking.

Instructions

Step 1

Forget about emotions. Emotions are a destabilizing factor for your mind. More than once or twice you have heard, and you yourself have fallen into a state that can be called "clouding of the mind." Of course, it is impossible to completely abandon emotions, but for a short time it is necessary to abstract from them so that a certain logic can be imposed.

Step 2

In order to think correctly, you need to remember that there are three positions in your actions: yours, which carries out the action, the position of the person at whom the action is directed, and the position of the observer who looks from the side. In the language of psychology, these positions are called the first, second and third positions, respectively.

Step 3

First, get into your position. Assess the legitimacy, reasonableness, and reasons that prompted you to take action. Evaluate based on what is of value and priority to you.

Step 4

Then move to the second position. Evaluate the situation from the side of the person in relation to whom the action is being performed. Consider the options for whether he expects this action, how he sees it, and what thoughts this action will motivate him to do.

Step 5

Now get into third position. Look at the situation from the outside, use the language of logic to justify the legality of the action without taking into account the prerequisites. Separate the sufficient impact from the insufficient one. Move through all three positions until you achieve the optimal result you want.
