Banal fatigue affects not only our physical body, but also makes us irritable and inattentive. Experienced neurologists are ready to share the secrets of how to maintain vigor and clarity of mind.
Getting tired is a normal state of any living organism after adequate physical activity. And you should not sound the alarm if it does not become chronic and does not worsen the quality of life. Sometimes it's even pleasant to be a little tired.
Another thing is to wake up in the morning already broken, constantly feel moral and physical exhaustion. But you can also fight pathological fatigue, and it only takes 21 days.
Minimum program: improve sleep
You should rest for at least 7 hours. This time will be quite enough for the body to recover and step into a new day with vigor. If this does not happen from day to day, then there is something that interferes with proper sleep. It is enough to master a few simple rules for sleep to begin to be beneficial:
- going to bed no later than 23 hours;
- there is a day for any work, and a night for rest;
- refusal from gadgets, games on the computer and watching movies;
- give preference to bedding made from natural fabrics, and ventilate the room before going to bed;
- do not take tranquilizers and sleeping pills. These funds only "seal" fatigue in the body. Better to drink warm milk with honey or eat an apple with the skin. For those who are especially restless, we recommend a relaxing drink made from linden and chamomile flowers;
- prepare the body for sleep with a warm shower;
- stretching from the heart or do a couple of more serious stretching exercises.
Change the activity. As strange as it sounds, this rule works great! For example, those who have strained their minds all day need to strain their bodies in the evening. Here the choice is individual: someone likes sports, and someone will devote this time to pleasant negos with a loved one.
Minimum program: establish a balanced diet
Vitamins are great for fighting fatigue. It makes no sense to list any separately - all are useful if in moderation. They should be consumed every day, and cheerfulness will become your constant companion!
Start your morning with orange juice or milk, boiled eggs, and butter with whole grain bread. Lunch meals should include legumes, fresh vegetables, and fatty fish. For dinner, seafood is also acceptable, but in combination with a vegetable salad. You can treat yourself to yogurt with a couple of dark chocolate pieces. During the day we drink at least 2 liters of clean water.
Master Shiatsu. This is an ancient massage technique. The Council does not urge you to run to courses as soon as possible, because you can go to a professional and just enjoy the process. And if you still master several techniques on your own, then they can be usefully applied in practice before bedtime. This procedure removes toxins, improves blood circulation, and oxygenates the cells.
Minimum program: intelligently manage your time
The body is capable of experiencing the strongest nervous tension when we, taking responsibility for many things, do not have time to do anything. But the simplest and most important secret of the health of one's own psyche is the ability to manage individual time resources.
In order not to get tired and keep up, you must:
- don't scold yourself. If you constantly focus on your fatigue, it will overwhelm you more and more. Try to put things in order: this applies not only to the surrounding space, but also to thoughts. When priorities are set, it will become easier to weed out the important and the urgent from the empty and unimportant.
- write everything down. It may be a bit rough, but understandable for you. You can divide the sheet in half and mark the positive and negative for the day lived. Jot down little things, from fine weather to praise at work. You will be surprised how much good things are happening around!
- plan ahead. Making lists is not boring at all! By giving plans to paper, you relieve your head. Over time, this will become a habit and become natural. But do not forget about your personal time - everything that can be entrusted to others, feel free to entrust!
See a doctor. If all the tips have been tried, but there is no improvement, contact a specialist. We live in a civilized time where this is considered the norm. Do not drive yourself into chronic stress. In addition, persistent fatigue can often signal health problems. Hormones, sugar, surges in blood pressure, lack of iron in the blood - this is not a complete list of ailments in which the colors of life fade.
