How to do it? Test yourself for the qualities described below; determine which ones you have the strongest.
Every evening, remember which of the negative thoughts you allowed yourself. If you hold out for a month, you will be able to control them immediately after they arise. The next achievement is to prevent these thoughts and emotions from developing, to restrain them. Do not jam, but control and calmly do not allow them to yourself.
