The question why the Internet, television and newspapers are popular is very easy to answer. All this allows us to satisfy our interest. But besides the fact that we like to listen, see, read information on certain topics, we also want to participate in what we are attracted to. To understand and find what we are really interested in means to start the life we dreamed of.

Step 1
"I want the world, preferably the whole"
As a child, they do not fantasize about a good job, a kind boss and promotion. We are interested in completely different things. Remember your childhood dream. Write down as many fantasies as possible about "how great it would be if …". The longer and more detailed this list is, the better.
Now look at the points that you got. What do they have in common? What plot is repeated over and over again? This plot tells what you are interested in. Do not rush to abandon a childhood dream as an impossible one. You just need to fill in the next item - how you can translate what you are interested in in adult life.
Step 2
To whom is a million?
Imagine for a moment that you already have as much money as you want. You no longer need to earn money, nor do you need to go to work. Nobody else says what to do, does not force, does not control. What are you going to do? What will you do? Imagine, write at least twenty points. Now think about which of the above you can start doing right now?
Step 3
I want to ask you
Now think about what you are dreaming about right now, thought or planned a month ago, or maybe a year ago. You need to ask questions about the goal until the answers run out. For example:
-I want to travel.
- Why should I travel?
- I want to see new places.
-What for?
-To get new impressions, new interesting information.
-And why do I need new impressions and new information?
- I want to understand how other people live in other places.
-What for?
After the last "why", there is a pause. The question can only be answered “interestingly”. This is exactly what you were looking for.
