There are many exercises that can be used to develop a tolerance for uncertainty. The best of these are tasks using communication technologies.
Exercise "Similarities and Differences". This exercise is performed in pairs. Both people must find in each other two similarities and two differences. These can be both character traits and fears, hobbies, sympathies. Carrying out such an assignment, you can notice that it is quite difficult for the participants to find something in common with a stranger.
Exercise "Compliment". Participants in this exercise sit in a circle. Each one in turn says a compliment to the person sitting next to him. Uncertainty occurs when a participant either cannot come up with a suitable compliment, or cannot accept a compliment addressed to him.
Exercise "Compare yourself". The essence of this exercise is for the participants to compare their current state with the state of a literary hero. You can also use comparisons with cartoon characters, movies. Participants may have difficulty matching characters, which may indicate their uncertainty in life.
The main recommendation is to remain sincere in any confusing environment. If you don't know what to do in a certain situation, don't panic and try to just move forward.
