The brain, like a computer, processes a huge amount of information and processes. But it may start to work worse. There are several factors that impair brain function. What are these factors?

What impairs our brain function?
What impairs our brain function?

1. Chronic lack of sleep. Many people face this. During sleep deprivation, some parts of the brain simply plunge into slow sleep mode, deteriorating attention, motor skills, and coordination.

2. Stress. It is one of the worst enemies of humanity, including the brain. If you are in a chronic stress state, it can depress the intellectual activity of the brain.

3. Lack of breakfast. If you do not have breakfast, tone and performance are noticeably reduced. The body does not have enough energy for activity, as well as not enough glucose, blood sugar decreases, this makes it difficult for nutrients to access the brain.

4. Excess sugar. To be more productive, you can eat some chocolate. It is better if it is bitter dark chocolate. But everything is good in moderation. If you overdo it, your sugar level will rise excessively, and this will lead to difficulty in the absorption of proteins and other nutrients.

5. Lack of sunlight. Human cognitive abilities are directly dependent on ultraviolet radiation. The sun's rays regulate blood flow in the body, promote the production of the hormone serotonin, which is responsible for a good mood.

6. Dehydration. The brain, like other organs, consists of water, so a lack of it can, in the first place, negatively affect brain activity.

7. Information field and multitasking. Very often we overload our brain with information. The brain is like a hard disk of a computer, the less information on it, the more productive it works. Sit on an "information diet", throw out of your head absolutely all the rubbish, all unnecessary information that does not bring you any benefit. Unfortunately, in today's world, we constantly have to live in a multitasking mode. This mode does not allow a person to concentrate on one thing, so we perceive all the information superficially. Try to get rid of the excess, do not overload your brain, and be sure to allow yourself some rest.
