It greatly affects our mental and spiritual life, as well as vice versa. In a healthy body - a healthy mind, this is not just a flying phrase, this is an indication for action. Even if you are very far from sports and physical activity, any unusual activity aimed at stress will be very useful. The main condition is that it must be daily. Believe me, constancy is the key to the most incredible life changes.

And including you! Coming to this world with a specific purpose, we all our life by one way or another try to come to it. It means precisely the global goal on the scale of the universe, and not the achievement by each individual person of his material goals.
