Step 1
Start educating neatness by looking at your workplace: do you need all of the items, or could you do without some? Remove the excess immediately. Arrange the necessary items in boxes, pencil cases and stands in the order in which you will need them: what you need constantly, closer, what rarely - farther away. Remember this order and observe strictly in the future.
Step 2
When working, after using each tool, place the item exactly where it was taken from. Make an effort on yourself now so as not to look for the item later. The worst enemy in accustoming yourself to neatness is laziness. But, if you overcome yourself, oblige and force, you will succeed.
Step 3
Organize books, clothing, cosmetics and hygiene items in the same order. Books can be arranged by genre, alphabet or era, but this is not the point: the main thing now is to associate each subject with a specific place.
Step 4
Remove items immediately after use, not "later". If you have now left a soup bowl on your computer desk, it will interfere with you, get tangled in the wires, as a result, some piece of equipment will fall into it and, at best, get dirty. At worst, there will be a short circuit and the equipment will have to be thrown out. Paper documents after such a bath will also lose their value.

Remind yourself of the inconvenience that clutter on your desk is and the freedom that order provides. Day by day, the habit of neatness will strengthen, as a result, you will completely master yourself.
