By the way, scientists have conducted a study and found that our mood may well depend on the amount of water drunk during the day. So, in the course of the experiment, one group of students actively engaged in aerobics for an hour, without receiving enough water to quench their thirst, while the other was not limited in the use of this liquid. Comparing the results, the researchers found that "dehydrated" young people were more likely to feel tired, depressed and even somewhat angry, as a result of which their mood deteriorated markedly. But how much water is required in order for a good mood to leave you as rarely as possible? The authors of the study believe that this rate is individual for each person and depends on how active he is, how much he weighs and what the weather is like today. But one recommendation for all still exists: drink eight to nine glasses of water daily and you will be in a great mood. Finally, a few tips. As you know, a smile is an irreplaceable companion of a good mood. If it suddenly deteriorates, just try to smile and keep the smile on your face for 2-3 minutes - the negative attitude will surely disappear. Or imagine that many years have passed, and look at the trouble that has arisen from the temporal "depth" - the problem will seem to you very insignificant and not worth your despondency.
