An enemy can become a friend overnight if you change your attitude to life, stop thinking in a standard way. In our life nothing happens in vain, so you should be more attentive to your emotions and feelings.

Enemy, but looks like a brother
Enemy, but looks like a brother

Each of us has our enemies and friends. This is not connected with the fact that there are good or bad people, but with the duality of the perception of the world by a person. If there is white, then there is also black. That is, everything has its opposite. Therefore, having friends presupposes enemies. Moreover, the human ego is arranged in such a way that it evaluates everything according to the accepted scale of values, putting everything on the shelves: mine is not mine, pleasant is unpleasant, and so on.

But what about without love for all people? Love teaches not only the Bible, but almost any wise book. Many teachers and enlightened people talk about love for all people around us, even for enemies. How can you fall in love with an enemy who causes a feeling of dislike?

To start loving, you need to change your worldview

To learn to love the enemy, you need to work on yourself, or rather, to change your worldview, to become head and shoulders above yourself.

All people are connected by invisible threads. In another way, the threads can be called energy-information channels. This connection suggests that on the subtle plane we are all one. How can you not love yourself in practice, but embodied in another body? At a certain level of consciousness, we represent a single organism, and earthly life itself is a means of accumulating the experience of each individual person.

It is believed that before being born, each of us negotiates with a group of individuals about future roles. Someone plays the role of a caring father, someone gets the role of a friend, another - an enemy. It takes wisdom to accept this. Then the enemy can become a real friend. There is such a thing as "inverting the monad." This concept describes a state when one phenomenon instantly becomes its opposite. At the same time, a large amount of energy is released that can change the fate of several people.

A more mundane concept of the enemy

The enemy is the one who opposes us either physically or mentally. The more we resist, show aggression, the more the conflict flares up, the contradictions grow. To avoid the escalation of the conflict to a critical point, you need to try to treat the enemy at least neutral.

It is enough to treat him with love as a living being. Any living creature is worthy of love and recognition. It may well be that the enemy is called upon to develop certain character traits in us that will help to further realize the dream. There is nothing accidental in life. Friends, enemies, relatives, neighbors in a certain way shape our character, affect life.

The enemy can be loved as a person who changes us, highlighting good qualities in him. It may well be that this person is a good family man or plays the guitar perfectly, which is already worthy of love. If you have to face the enemy, then hidden love will help to prevail if a confrontation begins. A person can externally show aggression, keeping love inside. This practice is developed among those who practice martial arts.

Falling in love with your enemy is not easy. Often the ego, the familiar picture of the world, interferes with the process of love. But if it is possible to evoke a feeling of love for the enemy, a huge amount of energy will appear that can be put into a creative channel. Everything in our life is very subtle, so every act can become a turning point in fate.
