Each person on the path of life encounters not only friends and people who are simply benevolent towards him, but also enemies. This is the objective reality, there is no getting away from it. Therefore, even though from a purely human point of view, you always want to believe that you are communicating with good people, you need to know and remember: there may be an enemy among them. In order not to get into a very unpleasant situation, you must be able to recognize the ill-wisher in time! How can I do that?
Instructions
Step 1
Take a closer look at the interlocutor. Of course, you cannot look into someone else's soul, you cannot read someone else's thoughts. In addition, many criminals have outstanding acting skills. They are good at pretending. Nevertheless, any more or less observant and judicious person is quite capable of determining with a high degree of probability whether the interlocutor is sincere with him or is hiding something, or even openly lying.
Step 2
The fact is that many things are still inaccessible to constant control, even with an indisputable artistic talent. Facial expressions, gestures, postures, timbre of voice - all this can eloquently characterize a person. Only real aces who have undergone a long special training can flawlessly portray "their own", being "strangers" (how can you not remember the legendary Stirlitz, for example). And ordinary liars, swindlers, robbers are still not so talented, fortunately for normal people.
Step 3
Therefore, when talking with a person, pay attention not only to what he is talking about, but also how he speaks. What are his gestures, what posture he takes at the same time, does his voice change. If your interlocutor stubbornly avoids looking into your eyes, if he constantly fiddles with the tip of his ear or mustache, often touches his nose or chin, smoothes his hair, fidgets in place, or, on the contrary, sits motionless, tense, “as if an arshin has swallowed” - this is already a reason to be wary …
Step 4
A very good test for verifying the sincerity of the interlocutor is as follows. If the speech came (especially on his own initiative) about something funny and you started laughing together, follow his eyes. The fact is that the circular muscles around the eyeballs contract reflexively, regardless of the person's desire. Therefore, if the emotions of your interlocutor are sincere, if he is really funny, both the eyelids and the skin around his eyes will move. Otherwise, he is only pretending to be having fun. Here's another reason for you to think: why is he misleading you?
Step 5
Of course, one should not at all go to extremes, be afraid of everyone, seeing almost every one we meet as a potential enemy. But reasonable vigilance and caution has never harmed anyone.
