Often a person becomes insecure due to a bad relationship in the family. If a child has heard a lot of negativity since childhood, then, having matured, he will become insecure. Such a person needs support and help.
Instructions
Step 1
Show concern. Help the person in everything you can. Of course, you should not do all the work for him, however, if a person has difficulties, let him know that you will always help him.
Step 2
Tell the person about those who love him. It is important for him to feel needed and loved. Remind him how important human life is. How many people work in hospitals, police stations, fire departments to save humanity. How many people died in the war and continue to die fighting for a peaceful sky. Even God gave the Son to suffer only because he loves people. Human life is valued too highly, so you shouldn't think of yourself in a negative light.
Step 3
Let the person feel needed. Offer him to bake pies together and take a friend to his grandmother. Collect unnecessary things and toys and take them to the orphanage. You can think of your own situations. The world also needs love and selfless help. There are so many desperate lonely and disabled people. Let the person feel needed, able to help someone. Doing so will raise his self-esteem and help him feel useful to other people.
