A significant number of people can pronounce some words and even whole phrases in a dream. It is believed that half of young children and at least 5% of adults speak in this state, although it is possible that there may be much more of them, because few people pay attention to this or immediately go for advice to doctors. But, of course, it is unpleasant for people to realize that in a dream it is possible to "blurt out" some secrets, and they try to understand why this is happening and how to stop their "sleepy revelations."

Step 1

Scientists explain that during sleep in the human brain, nerve cells function as actively as during wakefulness, so sleeping people can not only say something, but also move and their facial expression changes. It manifests itself in everyone, but to varying degrees. They say in a dream people who have a particularly excitable nervous system, which in turn is the result of either a very strong overstrain, or some congenital human characteristics inherited from their parents.

Step 2

But emotional instability is, of course, not a sign of some kind of disease. Some people are quite impressionable and, experiencing very strong feelings during the day, at night they can recount what they have experienced in a dream. This is typical, for example, of many children who react in this way both to their fears and to very joyful events.

Therefore, having met with cases of conversation in a dream, doctors are in no hurry to use radical methods of treatment, unless, of course, it is caused by some serious reason, for example, mental disorders or drug addiction.

Many people from those who have something to hide from relatives are very worried that in an unconscious state they can give out their carefully guarded secrets. Psychologists believe that there is no reason for this if the secret has been kept for a long time. They say in a dream under the impression of some fresh events.

Step 3

If you are prone to sleeping, do not worry, and even more so, fall into despair. Before going to bed, you need to release mental stress. If you have had a hard day and you just can't get away from the events you have experienced, try to relax: turn on pleasant music, take a bath with aromatic oils such as lavender, take a walk in the fresh air, or at least go out onto the balcony to get some fresh air. When emotions overwhelm you so that you cannot overcome them and cannot fall asleep for a long time, take a sedative. It can be a spoonful of honey with a cup of warm milk or a sedative (but this should not be carried away without a doctor's instructions).

Step 4

Before going to bed, do not lean on heavy, fatty foods and generally overeat: this disrupts any healthy sleep. Well, as you can imagine, watching action films or disaster films at night also does not contribute to calm dreams. Reading some printed publications can also cause emotional stress, so try to do without them if you do not want to hear your thoughts on this matter in the household at night.

Step 5

By the way, doctors pay attention to the fact that the probability of sleeping in a stuffy room doubles. Therefore, before you go to rest, be sure to ventilate the room.
