One often hears phrases like: "I live like in a dream", "I do everything like an automaton" and at the same time I recall such states that once were before: “So many years ago I was such a lucky man. And now there is literally not enough strength and opportunity to return to a cheerful state. " Why does it always happen this way? Is there any help in this situation?
Instructions
Step 1
Never stop dreaming. If a person stops dreaming, then he will lose the fullness of thinking, he will slip into a routine, life will become full of reproaches, suffering, resentment and deprivation. Joy will be lost, days will become alike. By abandoning his dreams, a person will close his way to great opportunities and prospects. After all, successful people achieve a lot just because of their dreams.
A successful person lives with the goal of making a dream come true. And if there is a goal, then it will serve as a beacon on the path of progress towards small and big successes.
Step 2
Don't focus on the worst, learn to see and notice only the best. Some people get discouraged, sad, irritated, angry just by giving too much attention to negative and unpleasant events, spending too much time on all this.
You should always turn your lens of attention towards joy - towards love, towards beauty, towards goodness. After all, our brain is designed in such a way that it can be taught to pay attention only to what you want to see. Do not listen to gossip, bad news, avoid people who complain about life all the way and are unhappy with everyone around you.
Appreciate your time, nerves and, of course, yourself. When you associate with losers, you will also become a failure, because the environment plays a very important role in a person's life. Communicate with positively minded, successful people and you yourself, without noticing it, will begin to live like them. When surrounded by good people, you will automatically tune in to a good mood. Know that your environment can inhibit or support you.
Also, together with the people around you, change your environment. That is, put things in order in your home, throw away everything unnecessary and leave only those interior items that cheer you up, create comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. And also wear clothes that are comfortable and you like.
Enjoy life and do not be afraid that you will be punished for it. After all, many think so, if today we live well, then tomorrow we will have to pay for it.
Look around and try to find something to be happy about.
Step 3
Take time to find out what your soul wants. In a relaxed state, with meditation, look deep into yourself to realize what your soul is missing. It is what your soul lacks, not for society, family and, of course, not for your ego. If people do not give an account of what their soul desires, then they cease to be themselves.
For example, the soul requires true love, and you are content with casual relationships. The soul wants religion, knowledge of God, and you switch to the desire to make a lot of money, substituting for freedom for financial slavery, forgetting about your true desire. Or the soul wants sincere friendship, and you are looking for useful, profitable acquaintances.
Look inside yourself and try to understand what is more valuable to you in life. Start living with your true desires, in touch with your soul. Love and respect yourself.
Step 4
Pay equal attention to all areas of your life, try to keep them in balance. Success in only one area will not give you joy. For example, a person may be rich but not healthy, or vice versa. May be successful in career growth, but there may be problems in the family or vice versa. You can't get hung up on just one thing, you need to pay equal attention to career, family, health and religion. Do not disturb the balance between these areas. If something is missing in one area, then turn your attention there. There must be balance and harmony everywhere.
