Speak and listen. Everyone loves interesting stories told to the point and with humor. Use all your powers of observation to collect some really exciting stories and feel free to bait bikes at the opportunity - it will show you as an open and sociable person. Listening is no less important: learn not to interrupt your interlocutor, even if he is telling something that is not very entertaining. Ask a few questions, this will show your interest.

Smile. A smile is a guarantee of popularity, at least look at Hollywood stars! A smiling person gives the impression of being happy and successful in absentia, and anyone would want to be friends with such a person. Also, remember that smiling, like laughter in general, has health benefits.
