Step 1
You are suffering and not happy with your life. Imagine in your place the person of your dreams, who you would like to be: successful, beautiful, intelligent, open, positive and outgoing. Do what this character would do. At first it will seem like a game, but you will very quickly be able to adopt the mood, just the “muscles” of the soul responsible for suffering will atrophy a little, and those that give happiness will tone up.
Step 2
Do not assess who you are now, but think about what you can become in the future. Character, contrary to popular belief, is an easily changeable thing, you just need to overcome the fear of losing yourself. You cannot lose yourself, but you can become who you want to see yourself. Imagine yourself more often that way.
Step 3
Love yourself, not your set of qualities. Love your essence, and take the rest as a vessel, the shape and color of which you can, if you wish, change. And suffering is just one of the dark colors that you can recolor into a brighter and more cheerful one.
Step 4
With an effort of will, stop suffering and complaining about your life. Just forbid yourself and start improving yourself and everything that does not suit you. There is no happiness without effort, it is constantly forged by you. The period of inspiration can quickly pass, but you must not stop and despair again. Keep doing, changing things in and around you.
Step 5
In order to properly begin to change, it is necessary to plan the process and answer important questions. For example, "What do I want from life?", "What people are important to me?", "What do I need to do in order to have what I want?", "What do I want to be?" etc.
Step 6
Draw two columns on the sheet, on the right of which write down your desires and ideas, and on the left - what you need to do to implement them. Display all the items you want, and start doing them from today in order.
Step 7
At the moment when positive energy again falls within you, and a familiar note of suffering and apathy begins to be felt inside, do breathing exercises. Breathe deeply and calmly, distracting your thoughts from everything of the day. Concentrate on your breathing, and you will feel how your mood is returning to normal, the world does not seem so terrible, and you again have the strength for work and life.
