We all walk under God. This popular saying is the best way to say that both the bad and the good lie in wait for a person at every step. And here such trifles as social level and well-being do not matter. The loss of a relative is equally bitter for everyone, and the financial blow is painful for everyone, just the amount of the loss is, of course, different. Trouble always comes unexpectedly, and the main question is how to be ready for it, if nothing can already be fixed?
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you should remember that one of the most important components of trouble is yourself, your feelings about what happened. Therefore, the main thing is to pull yourself together. Try not to get depressed, lashing out at people close to you. Remember simple arithmetic - trouble consists of two components: the unhappiness itself plus your experiences. By following this, the size of the trouble can be significantly reduced.
Step 2
Soberly assess the scale of the misfortune that befell you. Consider if you are able to handle it yourself or if you need the help of people. Of course, it is impossible to resurrect a deceased relative, but a funeral and commemoration, alas, cost money. Almost any misfortune, sad as it may seem, has its own financial side and monetary expression.
Step 3
Some people tend to dramatize the situation and exaggerate the size and significance of what happened, especially at a young age. “Those who have seen little, cry a lot,” the classic aptly noted. Quarrel with classmates, bad grade, whatever. The best way here is to share with an elder, not necessarily a parent, with a person you respect. The main criterion is that a person should have more life experience than you.
Step 4
And the main thing, of course, no matter how paradoxical it sounds - you need to be an optimist, ready for anything. When starting a financial business, believe that you will succeed, but think ahead what will happen if you suddenly burn out. As you take care of your elderly parents, remember sometimes that everyone is mortal. When entering a new class, be confident, but simulate the situation: "What will I do if this class does not like it."
Step 5
If you cannot cope with the misfortune on your own, are depressed, or have bad thoughts, seek help from a psychologist. It is the specialist who will help you get through the trouble that has come.
