The inner world keeps all moral values, personal qualities, habits, opinions of its owner. It contains the properties of a person's character and what we call a soul. The desire for self-knowledge and self-improvement gives rise to the need to enrich the inner world.
Instructions
Step 1
To transform your “I” means to replenish it with new emotions, expand your own horizons, try to independently find answers to “eternal” questions, and work on your own opinion. The need for this kind of enrichment signals the spiritual growth of the individual. To stimulate it, visit the theaters more often, because in them the actors experience every performance anew, and the "live" presentation is perceived much more efficiently, more powerfully, and more emotionally. For the same reason, don't forget about art galleries and photo exhibitions.
Step 2
Read and, if possible, re-read the classic literature of the past and the century before last, domestic and foreign. Books not only teach people to think, but also perfectly develop imagination, competent speech and even creative thinking. Reading improves memory and enriches the mind with food for new thought. Read also the memoirs or personal memories of those famous personalities whom you set for yourself as an example. Write down your own thoughts.
Step 3
If you believe in religion, refer to the Gospel or other sacred books. They represent the best psychological advice, as well as answers to many questions about true and false human values, about the meaning of life. Visit temples, holy places, communicate more with priests.
Step 4
Take every opportunity to travel. Make new acquaintances in a neighboring city or on a neighboring continent, learn as much as possible about everything that you find interesting. Try to travel in different ways, develop your own routes. When you reduce the number of unexplored places on the planet, you enrich your own horizons, feed on pleasant emotions, learn local languages and mentality, feel movement, which means life.
