Dreams are desires that have not yet been formulated into goals. All you need to implement them is to decide what you really want. Who said that wishes don't come true? Maybe someone who can't dream?
Instructions
Step 1
Build castles in the air for at least half an hour a day. It is foolish to give recommendations on when to dream better - in the afternoon or at night looking, during a break at work or a morning run. Since these are only your dreams, then you yourself choose the mood, time, power and size of your own desires. It is not forbidden to close your eyes and smile.
Step 2
Think clearly - the dream itself shouldn't be vague. You must admit that it is impossible to dream of "everything to be good." What is this "everything" and the very meaning of the word "good" will have to be deciphered. If you dream that everything will fall into place, then decide what exactly you mean: solve the housing issue, open your own business, receive a million scarlet roses as a gift from your beloved, fly to Bali, etc.
Step 3
Play what you dream about in your head. It should not be a picture, but rather a video that you create in your own mind. If you dream of opening your own themed cafe, imagine not only its design, but also yourself in it: what is your role in this establishment, how do you possibly pour coffee or accept the grateful smiles of visitors. You should not only "see" this cafe, but also imagine your life in it. Perhaps this is where the first attempts to turn a dream into a goal begin.
Step 4
Follow the example of many movie heroes who make special envelopes to make their dreams come true. In them, dreamers keep what most accurately expresses their desires: their own thoughts written on paper, clippings from magazines "about a beautiful life", a map of the world with marked places on it where you want to visit in order of priority, a personal diary, etc. etc. In addition, there are resources on the Internet where you can write down your desires and, what is much more pleasant, fulfill the desires of others.
