Stereotypes about women have long been established among men. However, not all of them turn out to be true. If you don't change your point of view in time, such misconceptions can seriously damage the relationship and even destroy it.
One of the biggest misconceptions is that women love with their ears. Of course, there is some truth in this statement, but in practice, pleasant words and compliments alone are not enough. It all depends on the particular woman: some look at men only as earners, while others prefer a beautiful appearance, but more often a whole complex of interrelated reasons affects.
Cars
There are a number of misconceptions associated with women driving. Some men still believe that the weaker sex is categorically forbidden to drive a car or any other vehicle.
And a similar stereotype began to take shape due to the fact that men were responsible for all technologies before. Women rarely came into contact with them. However, in the twentieth century, the situation began to change. Today, women are just as good at technology as men (sometimes even better), just less often they go into this area of knowledge with their heads.
House and life
Many beliefs that were relevant in the Middle Ages have survived to this day. For example, it is traditionally believed that all women dream of children and the life of a housewife. Of course, there are many such women among the fair sex, but not everyone prefers to stay at home.
Previously, it was believed that women make a career only to protect themselves and the child, but today many people completely prefer work to the family. This is not surprising, since not only men are destined to reach great heights.
Some modern families divide household chores in half and do not consider it a shame. Not all women love cleaning, cooking and babysitting. For many, this is even more uncomfortable than for men. Therefore, it is not always correct to press and demand to fulfill “female duties”.
Weakness
Another common male misconception about women is that all women are weak. Perhaps they are not so physically developed, but in many other areas they can freely give a head start to a man. For example, it has been proven time and again that women are better at coping with routine, lengthy tasks and are able to work much more efficiently in a multitasking environment.
By the way, physically they are also not always weaker. Many, even fragile girls, have a good blow that can even stun a man. Of course, the stronger sex is more likely to win in a duel, but physical weakness is very often overestimated.
