It so happened that a person cannot do without society. Each member of society throughout life is in different collectives, including in the workforce. The success of the work and the safety of the nerves of all participants in this society depend on how comfortable the relationship will develop in it.

Why relationships don't work out

It often happens that a person has no relationship in a team, more often in a new one. Many people know how sometimes a person is afraid and hesitates to change jobs just because they do not have to change the team and learn, adapt to new people.

Difficulty in dealing with colleagues or bosses at work can be caused by various reasons. Sometimes the problem lies in the person himself. Maybe he is constantly in conflict with colleagues. Note, he does not argue, because in an honest dispute, as a rule, the most correct and correct decision is achieved, namely, he conflicts, opposing himself to everyone else. Or he despises his colleagues, considering them lower in rank, status, poorer in mind, dignity, and so on. In this case, it is obvious that in order to achieve favorable relationships with colleagues, it is worthwhile to change your own behavior.

However, at the same time, you should be aware that you will not be nice to everyone. As well as the fact that there are always different people in the team. Someone follows every step of their colleagues in order to inform their superiors about any mistakes, the other is just a gossip or a gossip girl. But in the bulk, the team still, as a rule, consists of simple adequate people. It is with them that it is just worth establishing relations. Yes, they themselves were in your situation, so they will certainly support you.

Who to join

It's hard to stay neutral in a team. It is rarely possible for anyone. Remember, the work collective, especially a rather large one, is always divided into several groups. Having joined one, try to maintain neutral relations with the rest.

Try not to talk about your problems and troubles in front of everyone, this will help avoid gossip and excessive interest in your person. At least at first, while you are looking closely and you are being looked at.

It is better to behave in a businesslike manner with the bosses, not to be bothered and not to serve. The team does not like this, because you run the risk of incurring universal anger. And many bosses do not allow this. It is always better to establish an even, calm, business relationship with your superiors. At least at work.

Relationships with some specific person in the team may not work out either. If for a long period of time you feel that negative is coming from him to you, then try to find out its reasons. This behavior may be due to trivial competition, if your colleague sees you as a strong competitor. Then neutrality should be kept. And it is better to show an example of a positive attitude towards colleagues and towards life in general.

Remember, a supportive atmosphere in the team is the key to successful work.
