People often say simple but meaningful phrases to themselves and others. Such as: "I'll start on Monday", "tomorrow", "after vacation", "another time" and the like.

Why is "today" more important than "tomorrow"?
Why is "today" more important than "tomorrow"?

But when this responsible day comes, determination and desire, as a rule, disappear somewhere, hands down. And there are a lot of reasons and excuses to abandon the plan. The main ones are the lack of energy and time. A striking feature of a person is the hope for an abstract and non-existent "tomorrow."

What to do and where to start:

1) Everything has its time. If a person has an idea, a desire to do something or to start, then it is on this day that he is given the energy to implement the plan, to achieve the desired result. That is why “tomorrow” does not always have strength and aspiration, because the flow of energy for the task is already much less than it was at the moment of the idea.

2) Forget about postponing the case. If it is not possible to do the whole thing today, then you can use the method of dividing into small components. Do a small piece of a big task today. Thus, a person launches the mechanism and energy into work.

3) Effective Japanese way. In order to introduce something new into your life (sports, cleaning, writing an essay), start doing it today, for exactly one minute. And so every day at the same time, increase your business limit by 60 extra seconds. This makes it easier for the body to get used to the stress.

4) Motive. As a rule, a person can logically justify himself by more important things. To prevent this, initially you need to understand a clear motive of what was conceived, why do I need it? What result do I want to achieve and why? The motive should be clear and clear (“to be happy / happy” this motive does not fit, as it is rather blurred).

You can write it on a piece of paper and put it in the most conspicuous place so that it reminds you of the desired result every time.

5) A group of like-minded people. If a person decides to start a business, but is afraid that they will interfere with him, then a good way to avoid this is to find people like him, with the same desires. It is they who will remind each other of the importance of what was conceived. For example: you want to start playing sports, and you have several like-minded people. And each of you at the beginning of the lesson will inform the others about it. Thus, to remind that the goal is very close. And then the effect "I am no worse than another" works, since he does, and I will do. We can say that in this way we support each other and move more boldly towards the goal.

Start small, because a thousand miles journey starts with one step, remember this.
