Memorize the first letters of the words in your favorite quatrain. Then print them in Russian using the English layout. For example, the Russian "a" in the English layout would be "f". Capitalize the first letters in the line. If the site asks you to use numbers, just type a one at the beginning and at the end of the password. You can shorten the length of the cipher by removing the last few characters.
