Everyone knows that students are the most nervous people, and despite the many positive aspects of student life, every student experienced stress.
Where does it come from and what is the reason for its appearance?
Stress is defined by scientists as pressure, physical or mental stress. Unsurprisingly, it is the students who are most susceptible to it. New surroundings, new people, changing material, fast paced learning, and a lot of information all contribute to stress.
Student life is just boiling over with new events. Every day, the trainee has a flurry of incidents that he must resolve. Stress affects academic performance, well-being, and overall health. His sleep worsens, his interest in life disappears, and moreover, the student can completely withdraw into himself and shut himself off from the outside world.
A stressed student is unable to focus his attention on his studies, which creates additional problems that only exacerbate morale and drag to the bottom. All this is a vicious circle. The learner spins in this circle like a squirrel in a wheel, not knowing how to get out of it.
But there is a way out of the problem situation. In order to avoid such a state, students must learn to draw up a plan of action so that they can rest, smooth out conflicts and control what is happening. The trainee must thoroughly study and paint his daily routine, paint everything literally by the hour.
Many psychologists believe that laughter is one of the best stress relievers. After laughing, the muscles of the person's body relax and the heartbeat evens out. In life, it is worth noticing more good, funny and kind events. Each person has his own understanding of these things. Someone likes to spend time with loved ones and with their family, while others, on the contrary, like to be alone, for example, fishing, being near a quiet deserted lake.
One must be able to find the funny where initially there was something negative, serious, oppressive. And, of course, you need to spend time with friends or just nice people. Go to cinemas, theaters, and other entertainment venues.
