But in order to achieve the set goals, you will have to step over it. Do not hesitate, the more time fears possess you, the more difficult it is to overcome them. Tell yourself, "I'm scared, but I'll do it anyway."

Try to overcome your fear in a logical way. To do this, analyze the scenarios and choose the worst one. Estimate your losses in this scenario. As soon as fear takes on a specific form in the form of consequences for you, it ceases to pose a threat. The reason for this is the fact that at the heart of every fear is the unknown. If, after a detailed analysis of the possible consequences, the fear remains, then it is justified. Then think about whether you really need to do this or that act.

Use the analysis method. Ask yourself - what are you afraid of and why, if there is a rational basis for the fear. Think about what you are more afraid of - to do something or not achieve your goal. If the fear remains, then your emotions are stronger than logic. Then use visualization. Repeatedly scroll in your imagination as you do what you fear. After you overcome the fear in your imagination, it will actually be much easier to do this - a certain pattern of behavior will already be fixed on the subconscious level.

Train your courage constantly. Break your fear into several small ones and begin to overcome them one by one. Train to overcome your fears as if you were working out in the gym. Those. first, you lift a small weight of the barbell. Then you gradually increase it, and now you are able to lift a rather heavy barbell. For example, if you have a fear of public speaking, and due to the nature of your work you have to do this, start exercising with your family and friends. Then get a bigger audience and practice. And so you gradually increase the circle of listeners until all fears disappear.
Step 5
Build your own self-esteem. The more confidence you have in your own righteousness, the easier it will be for you to overcome your fears. To do this, use the techniques of self-hypnosis and visualization.
