So, for example, finding yourself in a new situation for yourself or on the edge of an abyss, you should switch to slow mode, i.e. start doing all things sequentially, without grabbing at everything. So order and stability will appear in life. In addition, slowness and systematization of your life processes will help to save energy that may be needed in the future for great achievements. However, despite the regularity, you need to be mentally prepared to use your accumulated energy on occasion, and to do it quite brightly and violently.
