Laziness is unwillingness to do anything. She may appear occasionally or invariably follow on the heels. You are delaying the moment, doing other things, looking for excuses, or just sitting idly by. Why is this happening?

Where does laziness come from?
Where does laziness come from?

Instructions

Step 1

Lack of interest. I don't want to do things that cause boredom or misunderstanding. You do not feel any joy when it comes to future activities, moreover, it makes you yawn. You know what you like almost on a subconscious level, that's why you start to avoid your boring duties.

Step 2

Fear of making a mistake. You delay completing the task, fearing that they will be disappointed in you or you yourself will be disappointed in yourself. Or maybe the matter is much more serious. For example, you may face headwash or humiliation if you make a mistake. A doubt creeps into you whether you are good enough for this job and whether you deserve it, and you give up for a while, or even for good.

Step 3

Lack of rest. Just chilling out on the couch may help someone, but it is worth remembering that an important goal of relaxation is to unload the brain. If they don't get it, you feel tired and overwhelmed. With this attitude, the desire to do anything is unlikely to come.

Step 4

Lack of recoil. When you do something, you expect to receive something in return. For example, if you water flowers, you think about the visual pleasure they will bring. But when you are told to rake the leaves, laziness wakes up in you, because you do not care whether they lie under your feet or not. When you don't see that the activity will be beneficial, your hands drop by themselves.
