Getting ready for the most magical night of the year is often accompanied by a hustle and bustle, a feeling of lack of time. However, even at such a moment, you need to try to find a moment for yourself to be in silence, to spend a short New Year's meditation. At this time, when the world breathes with magic and energies are very strong, performing meditation techniques can be of particular benefit.
Before doing any New Year's meditation, it is imperative to prepare. You need to provide yourself with silence and serene peace for at least half an hour, so that no one bothers you during a meditative state, so that nothing distracts. It is important to sit comfortably - you can perform New Year's meditations both sitting and lying down, it is not necessary to choose the traditional lotus position. And when a comfortable position is reached, you must definitely relax as much as possible, concentrate initially on your breathing and try not to think about anything for at least 2-5 minutes.
New Year's meditation for the fulfillment of desires
Having plunged into a state of meditative trance, you need to see darkness in front of you, which gradually dissipates, becomes not so thick and dense. In its place comes a room decorated like a New Year, in the center of which a beautiful and elegant Christmas tree rises. There are a lot of cute toys on it, lights flicker, tinsel glitters. You need to imagine how you approach this holiday tree and make your first wish. Initially, you should choose any uncomplicated dreams. As soon as the desire is formulated, you will notice a small envelope on the tree among the fluffy branches. Within it will be what you ask for. Gradually, you can move on to more global desires for the next year. For example, if you want to move to your apartment, the keys will be in a new envelope on a spruce branch. Or you want to visit some country, then you will give an envelope with a ticket to the magic tree. All the gifts received must be held in hands, feel them, without leaving the meditative state. Do not get carried away and make a certain number of desires at once, otherwise chaos will turn out and there will be no sense. It is necessary to end the meditation by visualizing how the outlines of the Christmas tree are gradually disappearing, and the festive room again plunges into darkness. As soon as darkness appears in front of your eyes again, you need to give yourself time to be in silence, not to conduct any internal dialogue. And only then open your eyes, having finished the New Year's meditation.
New Years Meditation to Attract Positive Events
Sitting in a relaxed and comfortable position, having achieved silence of the mind, you need to feel how warmth appears in the center of the chest. With each new breath it becomes stronger and more pleasant. And gradually the heat gathers into a pulsating golden ball, which spreads a bright glow around itself. This ball must be maintained throughout the meditation; it must always be in the center of the chest. As soon as it turned out to achieve such a state, you need to begin to visualize for yourself those events that you want to happen next year. There is no need to rush: the events should be very detailed, it is great if you can feel them on an emotional or even physical level. You can gradually add specific wishes for yourself to situations and dreams, for example, wish yourself to become more resilient or self-confident. As soon as the process is over, and silence reappears in consciousness, you need to gradually "extinguish" the golden ball in your chest. If the warmth remains even after leaving the meditative state, then this is exclusively a plus.
By the way: such a New Year's magic meditation can be done not only for yourself. In the same way, you can formulate events and wishes for your loved ones, friends, relatives.
New Year's gratitude meditation
Being in a meditative relaxed state, you need to remember in detail how the celebration of the last New Year went: what made you happy, what upset, what surprised or made you think, what events were especially memorable, and so on. And for everything that has happened - good or bad - you must sincerely thank yourself, the people around, the world, the Universe. Following this, we must remember how the first month of the now outgoing year passed: what January brought, what events it made happy, what upset it, what it taught, and so on. And again for every moment one must sincerely say "thank you and thank you!" The gratitude process then follows for all months, up to December. It's not scary if you can't remember everything, if something slips out of memory or some events get confused, mixed up with each other. For everything that emerges from the subconscious, we must thank the outgoing year, leaving everything bad in it, all resentments, experiences, unnecessary negativity and other "mental rubbish". The process of such gratitude and acceptance will allow you to recharge with new forces, free your consciousness, attune yourself to new events and possible changes in the coming year.
