Scientists and educators, students and deputies … They all need the ability to clearly formulate their thoughts, express ideas in simple words. How well they master it depends on whether they will be understood.
Instructions
Step 1
Put together all the information you have before you start formulating an idea. Do not rush, think carefully if you are missing something, otherwise, later, when the thought receives the design, there is a possibility that it will not be finished, which means that you will have to start all over again.
Step 2
If the right words are spinning on your tongue, but you just can't catch them, then allow yourself to relax a little. Do not hit closed doors: you need a key to open them. A fresh thought can be such a key. Think of something else, smoothly leading yourself to continue the interrupted mental operation.
Step 3
Walking will help you collect your thoughts. Try to walk slowly, concentrate on some simple things, for example, watch the movement of the wind in the crowns of trees or your own breathing. Gathering your strength, you can return to the idea that worries you.
Step 4
Write down your train of thought. Don't write everything, label your thoughts symbolically. The main thing for you is to make sure that the information can be restored later. Who knows, maybe the formulation of an idea will take a lot of time, but memory is by no means perfect: sometimes it is hard to remember what happened an hour ago.
Step 5
Sometimes, in order to formulate an idea, you need to communicate with another person. Try explaining to your friend what thoughts are taking you. Perhaps the wording will come by itself, or maybe after a friend starts asking questions. His opinion does not coincide with yours, you have a different store of knowledge and a different worldview, and his words will become a breath of clean air for you.
Step 6
Remember that training your mind is important. Solve crosswords and puzzles, choose synonyms for words - you will see that after a while, ideas will become much easier to formulate.
